About Atlantic Aviation Providenciales
Atlantic Aviation Providenciales operates on the South Ramp at Providenciales International Airport, offering a full-service FBO in a clean, modern 6,800-square-foot terminal. The facility was previously known as Blue Heron Aviation before being rebranded under the Atlantic Aviation name, bringing the resources of one of North America's largest FBO networks to the Turks and Caicos market.
The terminal includes a crew lounge, dark rooms for rest, office space, and a conference room, with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. The facility maintains its own fuel depot in partnership with global supplier Avfuel, ensuring reliable Jet A availability.
All Atlantic Aviation staff come from commercial aviation backgrounds and undergo annual quality control training through the Aviation Training Academy under National Air Transportation Association standards. This training focus translates into consistent, professional handling. The team typically completes most paperwork before aircraft arrival, which allows swift processing of passengers through immigration and customs once on the ground.
Standard operating hours run from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, with on-call services available outside those hours by prior arrangement. The concierge team assists with ground transportation, hotel bookings, and island activity coordination.
Providenciales is one of the most popular private jet destinations in the Caribbean, known for Grace Bay Beach, which consistently ranks among the world's best. The island is a roughly 90-minute flight from South Florida, making it easily reachable on light jets and turboprops. Atlantic Aviation's South Ramp location provides direct ramp access for arriving aircraft.
For charter passengers, Atlantic Aviation offers a dependable, professionally staffed option at Providenciales. The facility handles the logistics of Caribbean customs clearance efficiently, letting passengers transition from aircraft to island time with minimal delay.

Operations at Providenciales International Airport
Grace Bay, the primary hotel corridor, is about 5 miles east of the airport, a 10 to 15 minute drive. Most major resorts including Beaches, Grace Bay Club, and Amanyara are within 20 to 30 minutes by car. Car service and taxis meet private arrivals at the FBO. Rental cars are available at the airport for guests exploring the island independently. There is no helicopter transfer network within Providenciales itself, but inter-island charter flights to North Caicos and other islands operate from MBPV.
