About Show Low Regional Airport FBO

The FBO at Show Low Regional Airport serves private aviation in Arizona's White Mountains from a modern 6,400-square-foot terminal building at an elevation of 6,415 feet. In operation since 1946, the airport has grown into the primary air transportation facility for this mountain region of northeastern Arizona.

The terminal provides a clean, functional space for arriving and departing passengers, with aircraft parking spread across three ramp areas. Services include both self-serve and full-service fueling with 100LL and Jet A, ground handling, flight planning assistance, and flight monitoring with real-time updates. The facility is open 24 hours, though staffing levels vary outside of regular business hours.

Show Low sits at the edge of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, where summer temperatures typically run 20 to 30 degrees cooler than the Phoenix and Tucson valleys below. This temperature differential drives steady summer traffic from residents of the Valley of the Sun who maintain second homes in the White Mountains communities of Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low, and Greer. Fishing at Big Lake, Hawley Lake, and along the Little Colorado River draws anglers, while Sunrise Park Resort offers skiing in winter.

Runway 7/25 is 7,200 feet and can accommodate midsize jets including Challengers and Gulfstream IVs, making the airport accessible to a broader range of aircraft than its rural setting might suggest. For passengers escaping the Arizona desert heat or accessing the White Mountain Apache Reservation's recreation areas, Show Low Regional provides direct access to a landscape of ponderosa pine forests, alpine meadows, and mountain streams that feels worlds away from the Sonoran Desert two hours south.
