About Atlantic Aviation
Atlantic Aviation's FBO at Raleigh-Durham International Airport sits on East International Drive in Morrisville, North Carolina, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 15 minutes from downtown Durham. Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina campus are approximately 25 minutes by car, and Cary falls within 15 minutes.
The facility operates 24/7 and handles the full range of charter traffic serving the Research Triangle, one of the most concentrated technology and life sciences corridors on the East Coast. Research Triangle Park, the 7,000-acre planned research campus between Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, sits approximately 10 minutes from the FBO. The park hosts dozens of Fortune 500 corporate campuses including IBM and Cisco, generating consistent midweek business aviation traffic.
Atlantic provides full-service ground handling, fueling, and crew support at RDU. The facility connects to Atlantic's network of over 100 locations, which corporate flight departments use to coordinate handling when routing through multiple Atlantic locations on multi-leg trips.
Charter demand at RDU has grown alongside the Triangle's tech sector expansion. Companies relocating from higher-cost coastal markets and the growth of life sciences employment have increased the number of corporate aircraft based at or frequently visiting RDU.
Passenger services include private lounges, crew rest areas, and ground transportation coordination. Rental cars are available on-site, and the Morrisville location gives direct access to the major highway corridors serving all three primary Triangle cities. Duke University Medical Center in Durham is approximately 20 minutes from the FBO, and North Carolina State University in Raleigh is accessible within 20 minutes via Interstate 40.
