About Atlantic Aviation
Atlantic Aviation operates one of two full-service FBOs at Will Rogers World Airport, running 24 hours a day year-round. The facility provides complete ground handling, fueling, passenger lounge access, and concierge services backed by Atlantic's network of more than 100 locations across the country.
Will Rogers handles substantial oil and gas industry traffic, and the ramp at KOKC reflects that mix. Atlantic's Oklahoma City location puts arriving passengers about 8 miles from downtown, translating to roughly 15 minutes by ground transport under normal conditions. Bricktown, Oklahoma City's entertainment district, runs about 15 minutes from the airport. Midtown is about 12 minutes. For passengers heading south to Moore or Norman, expect around 25 minutes.
The airport's position makes it a practical choice for central Oklahoma routing. Travelers from Tulsa who prefer not to drive the 100-mile stretch often use private flights into KOKC, while passengers visiting Guthrie 25 miles north can arrange pickup here without connecting through a commercial terminal.
Atlantic's network connection means passenger coordination across multi-leg trips integrates more smoothly when other stops are also Atlantic locations. Hotel recommendations, rental car pickups, and local restaurant reservations can be arranged through the concierge desk before wheels down.
KOKC sits roughly 8 to 10 miles southwest of the city center, with I-44 providing direct highway access into the metro. The ground handling team manages baggage transfer, catering coordination, and aircraft positioning so passengers move from ramp to vehicle without interruption.
