About Alliance Aviation
Alliance Aviation is the sole full-service FBO at Lancaster Airport in Pennsylvania's Lancaster County, operating from a 6,700-square-foot, two-story terminal that opened with a bright, modern aesthetic and mid-century inspired fixtures. The building replaced an older facility and represents a meaningful upgrade for charter passengers using this convenient southeastern Pennsylvania airport.
One of the most distinctive features is Fiorentino's, an Italian restaurant co-located with the FBO terminal. Established in 2002, Fiorentino's serves lunch and dinner with entrees, wood-fired pizza, sandwiches, and salads, along with a full bar and seasonal outdoor seating. The dining room and patio offer direct views of the runway, which makes for an enjoyable meal while waiting for a departure or pickup. It is genuinely one of the better airport restaurants you will find at any general aviation field in the region.
Upstairs, the pilot lounge features a pool table, private meeting areas, and recliners positioned in front of large windows overlooking the airport. The terminal includes free Wi-Fi, and the staff handles concierge services including rental cars, taxi and limousine arrangements, and hotel reservations.
Alliance Aviation charges no landing or handling fees, which is a straightforward cost advantage for charter operators. The airport has a 4,102-foot runway, which accommodates light jets and turboprops. Midsize jets may have payload restrictions depending on conditions.
Lancaster is in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, about 70 miles west of Philadelphia. The area draws visitors for its Amish communities, farmland scenery, antique shopping, and a growing food scene. For charter passengers heading to Lancaster County, Hershey, or the surrounding area, Alliance Aviation provides a personal, small-airport experience with surprisingly good dining right on site.
