About Atlantic Aviation EUG

Atlantic Aviation operates the primary FBO for larger general aviation aircraft at Eugene's Mahlon Sweet Field, providing a gateway to Oregon's Willamette Valley and the surrounding natural attractions. The facility is located at 90454 Boeing Drive and offers self-service avgas, Jet-A fueling, and a range of ground services.

The terminal provides crew and rental cars, 24-hour surveillance and security, and Wi-Fi throughout the building. Aircraft maintenance is available through FlightCraft, a division of Atlantic, which provides on-site repair and service capabilities. This integrated maintenance operation is a practical advantage for charter operators who may need inspections or minor repairs during a stop.

Mahlon Sweet Field is a 1,000-acre airport facility with a 6,202-foot primary runway and instrument approaches that keep the field accessible in the Willamette Valley's frequent overcast conditions. The airport handles commercial airline service alongside general aviation, and its location about 10 miles northwest of downtown Eugene provides easy access to the city center.

Eugene is home to the University of Oregon, and Ducks football and basketball games generate significant private aviation traffic during their respective seasons. The city also serves as a base for Nike's substantial operations (headquartered in nearby Beaverton but with Oregon roots), and the broader Lane County economy includes technology, healthcare, and timber.

For charter passengers, Eugene is also a staging point for outdoor adventures along the Oregon coast (about 60 miles west), the Cascade Range, and the McKenzie River valley. Crater Lake National Park is roughly two hours south. Atlantic Aviation EUG provides the professional ground handling and maintenance support that makes Eugene accessible and practical as a private aviation destination in the Pacific Northwest.
