South Arkansas Regional Airport FBO is a city-owned operation at Goodwin Field, serving El Dorado and the surrounding south-central Arkansas region. The airport sits nine miles west of downtown El Dorado and covers 1,540 acres, with the FBO providing full-service Jet-A and 100LL fueling, deicing, and overnight hangar storage.

The facility's standout feature is a 14,950-square-foot corporate hangar that can shelter aircraft from small singles to large business jets. Several additional private hangars are available for monthly rental. The terminal includes a pilot's lounge, conference facilities, courtesy cars, rental car availability, and complimentary fiber-optic high-speed Wi-Fi.
