Vail Village is about 35 miles east via I-70, a drive that runs 40 to 50 minutes under normal conditions. In winter, that estimate can stretch to 90 minutes or more after a heavy snowstorm before plows clear the pass. Beaver Creek is slightly closer, around 25 to 30 miles. Most private aviation passengers arrange car service or SUV transfers in advance through the FBO or directly with Vail Valley ground transport companies. Rental cars are available at the airport. There is no commercial shuttle service with meaningful schedules, so plan on a dedicated car.
